FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Na een grondige interne opleiding word je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze administratieve werking.

Concreet houdt jouw takenpakket onder andere in:

- Je verwerkt de binnenkomende etikettenaanvragen en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt opgevold.

- Je controleert of de gewenste verkoopprijzen van klanten juist in het systeem worden verwerkt.

- Je staat in voor het afdrukken van etiketten en zorgt ervoor dat deze bij de juiste bestellingen terechtkomen.

- Je ondersteunt het onthaal, zowel aan de balie als telefonisch.

- Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en neemt et enthousiasme de tweede lijn voor je rekening.

- Je biedt ondersteuning aan verschillende administratieve afdelingen waar nodig.

PROFIEL

- Je hebt een opleiding Handel gevolgd.

- Je houdt van gestructureerd, zorgvuldig en resultaatgericht te werk te gaan.

- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.

- Zowel schoolverlaters/starters als kandidaten met eerdere ervaring binnen een administratieve functie zijn welkom.

- Je bent communicatief ingesteld en vindt het fijn om verschillende collega's en diensten te ondersteunen.

AANBOD

- Een voltijdse functie met een contract van onbepaalde duur.

- Een werkweek van maandag tot en met vrijdag, telkens van 8u tot 12u en van 13u tot 17u.

- Tijdens drukke periodes ben je flexibel om in te springen. Deze extra inzet wordt ruimschoots gecompenseerd door een langere vakantieperiode.
