Onze klant is een vastgoedkantoor dat zich naast het beheer van gebouwen ook specialiseert in de verhuur en verkoop van residentieel vastgoed. Hun ruime expertise zorgt voor heel veel vertrouwen bij de klant. Naast toffe collega's, kom je ook terecht in een mooi, volledig vernieuwd kantoor.

Zo ziet je job er uit

In het begin ben jij de rechterhand van de ervaren dossierbeheerder.

Je leert het vak in de praktijk: gebouw per gebouw, dossier per dossier.

Je start met:

  • aanvragen en opvolgen van offertes
  • opvolgen van goedgekeurde werken
  • opmaak en opvolging van schadedossiers
  • versturen van mailings en communicatie naar mede-eigenaars
  • klachten behandelen rond de gemeenschappelijke delen
  • dossiers administratief op orde houden

Stap voor stap krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid:

  • eerst eenvoudige gebouwen (bv. een garagecomplex)
  • daarna complexere dossiers,
  • op termijn (na ±2 jaar) beheer je zelfstandig een portefeuille van ±35 gebouwen.

Als volwaardige dossierbeheerder word jij:

  • het aanspreekpunt voor mede-eigenaars, leveranciers en aannemers
  • degene die algemene vergaderingen voorbereidt en begeleidt
  • verantwoordelijk voor administratief, technisch én later ook financieel beheer
  • iemand die gebouwen opvolgt, herstellingen coördineert, contracten beheert en dossiers juridisch correct houdt

Je job is dus geen “bureauwerk alleen”:

je gaat ter plaatse, ziet dingen met eigen ogen en zorgt dat gebouwen écht goed beheerd worden.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je bent iemand die houdt van structuur in een wereld die soms… een beetje chaotisch is.

Je blijft rustig als iemand met een klacht belt. Je luistert, denkt na en handelt correct.

Je hebt ervaring als syndicus.

Belangrijk om te weten:

  • Algemene Vergaderingen vinden vaak op zaterdag plaats — dat hoort bij de job
  • Af en toe telefonische bereikbaarheid buiten de kantooruren kan voorkomen
