De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als Administratief bediende in Moeskroen?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle prijzen correct in het systeem staan, in nauwe samenwerking met de commercieel manager.
  • Je bereidt rapportages voor de winkels voor en volgt deze zelfstandig op.
  • Samen met de productie coördineer je het klaarzetten van stalen en hou je het overzicht.
  • Je neemt voorbereidende sales-taken voor je rekening en denkt actief mee over optimalisatie.
  • Daarnaast bied je ook allround IT-ondersteuning, van kleine technische problemen oplossen tot het opvolgen ervan.
  • In een latere fase ga je mee naar winkels om de commerciële werking van dichtbij te ondersteunen.

Onze klant Als Administratief bediende kom je terecht bij een topspeler binnen de voedingsindustrie regio Moeskroen. Deze werkgever hecht belang aan een motiverende werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich ten volle kunnen ontplooien via tal van opleidingen, waardoor je ook geniet van doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van 10 bedienden. Er wordt gewerkt in een open landschapskantoor waar iedereen aanspreekbaar is en de communicatielijnen kort zijn - het draait allemaal om samenwerking, betrokkenheid en openheid. Als Administratief bediende in Moeskroen herken jij jezelf in deze eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in bedrijfsmanagement, of enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
  • Je bent hands-on en houdt ervan om problemen zelfstandig aan te pakken.
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans vlot, want beide talen worden dagelijks gebruikt.
  • Affiniteit met de voedingssector is belangrijk: je voelt je goed in die context en weet wat erbij komt kijken.
