The posting

Voor ons dienstenchequebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en klantgerichte Administratief Bediende / Consulent Dienstencheques.

Jouw taken: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en huishoudhulpen en zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse organisatie. Je hebt contact via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp, beheert de planning in D-Plan en zoekt oplossingen bij wijzigingen of praktische problemen.

Daarnaast verzorg je verschillende administratieve taken, zoals het opmaken en opvolgen van documenten en contracten, personeelsadministratie, verlofregistratie en het correct bijhouden van dossiers. Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en helpt bij het vinden van een goede match tussen klanten en huishoudhulpen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bentadministratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig;
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief ;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en lost graag problemen op;
  • Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren;
  • Je werkt vlot met computerprogramma’s ;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht bij wijzigingen.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en meerdere taken tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om te werken in Gent en Deinze en kan, afhankelijk van de planning en organisatie, in één van beide kantoren worden ingezet.

Talenkennis – verplicht:

  • Pools: minimaal niveau C1 – verplicht;
  • Nederlands: minimaal niveau C1 – verplicht;
  • Engels: minimaal niveau B2 – verplicht.

Ervaring in de dienstenchequessector is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een professionele houding vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.
