Voor een meubelbedrijf in Gent zij wij op zoek naar een Administratief bediende. Deze persoon ontfermt zich over de dienst na verkoop!

Wat zal je doen:

  • Klanten komen bij jou terecht met onverwachte problemen na hun aankopen
  • Je behandelt klachten via mail en telefoon en maakt dossiers op. Daarbij vraag je foto's op en communiceer je met leveranciers.
  • Samen met de klant zoek je naar een oplossing die zowel klantgericht als commercieel is.
  • Je krijgt een opleiding on the job, zodat je stap voor stap alle processen leert kennen.
  • Afwisselend neem je een beurtrol op aan de kassa, omruilbalie en telefoon, waar je bestellingen opvolgt en klanten verder helpt.
  • Daarnaast spring je ook nu en dan (bij drukte) bij in de verkoop.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een secundair diploma in een richting waar talen en administratieve vaardigheden centraal stonden
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een stevige basiskennis van het Frans
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en servicegericht en je verliest niet snel je kalmte
  • We zoeken een vriendelijke en vlotte persoonlijkheid die houdt van veelvuldige sociale contacten met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Je bent assertief en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt met het nodige enthousiasme.
  • Je hebt een vlotte babbel en een aangename telefoonstem, je communiceert vlot en duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt 1 op 2 weekends (zaterdag én zondag)
