Als Administratief Bediende Douane speel je een cruciale rol binnen een internationale omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Dankzij jouw administratieve talent en analytische blik verlopen goederenstromen vlot en voldoen alle dossiers aan de geldende wetgeving.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen interne afdelingen, externe partners en verschillende instanties. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat alle documenten correct verwerkt worden en internationale zendingen probleemloos hun bestemming bereiken.

Als administratief medewerker douane ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve opvolging van douanedossiers.

  • Beheren en opvolgen van klantendossiers van A tot Z
  • Opstellen en verwerken van douanedocumenten voor import- en exportactiviteiten
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling van goederenstromen richting het Verenigd Koninkrijk
  • Opmaken van documenten voor containertransporten
  • Uitvoeren van prenotificaties voor goederen van dierlijke oorsprong
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen bij douanevraagstukken
  • Onderhouden van contacten met douane, FAVV en havenautoriteiten
  • Mee waken over de naleving van wet- en regelgeving
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en automatisering

Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar internationale handel, administratie en probleemoplossend denken dagelijks samenkomen.

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor logistiek management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Interesse in douane en internationale logistieke processen is een must.
  • Ervaring met douaneprocessen of douanesoftware is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van CAS, SAP of andere ERP-systemen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, extra talenkennis is een pluspunt.
  • Administratief ben je sterk en je werkt zeer nauwkeurig.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht zijn je troeven.
  • Servicegericht en flexibel ga je aan de slag.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven.
  • Je staat open om nieuwe wetgevingen en procedures aan te leren.
