Als Administratief Bediende Logistiek ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen het magazijn, de klanten en de administratie. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid blijft alles op rolletjes lopen.

Jouw missie: chaos omzetten in structuur

Geen dag is dezelfde, maar jij zorgt er telkens opnieuw voor dat alle logistieke processen administratief perfect worden opgevolgd.

Beheer van de logistieke administratie

  • Je houdt de administratieve opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande goederen feilloos op koers.
  • Je beheert stockage-, handling- en pickingdossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je volgt voorraadbewegingen nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens correct verwerkt worden.
  • Je bent de administratieve waakhond van herlabelingen, opstapelingen en andere warehouseactiviteiten.

Klantenservice met een logistieke twist

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over voorraadbeheer en logistieke dienstverlening.
  • Je behandelt telefoons en mails op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Loopt er ergens iets mis? Dan onderzoek jij voorraadverschillen of pickfouten samen met de operationele teams.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze administratieve processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

Facturatie & analyses

  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van de warehousefacturatie.
  • Je controleert prestaties en gegevens zodat alles correct gefactureerd kan worden.
  • Excel wordt jouw beste vriend voor controles, analyses en traceringen.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij bent iemand die energie haalt uit structuur, nauwkeurigheid en administratieve opvolging.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring, liefst binnen logistiek of supply chain.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en ziet geen detail over het hoofd.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans. Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je weet perfect prioriteiten te stellen wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk je aandacht vragen.
  • Je houdt van administratief werk en schrikt niet terug voor terugkerende taken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je bent klantgericht, proactief en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, zelfs wanneer het druk wordt.
