  • Zorgen voor een correcte en gestructureerde administratieve verwerking
  • Bewaken van overzicht en organisatie binnen administratieve processen
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s bij administratieve taken
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van documenten en gegevens
  • Meewerken aan een efficiënte en vlotte interne werking
  • Zorgen voor orde, planning en structuur in dagelijkse taken

  • Een eerste ervaring met administratie
  • Bachelor denkniveau
  • Gemotiveerd en betrouwbaar
  • Uitstekende kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Gestructureerd en georganiseerd
  • Nauwkeurig en detailgericht
  • Houdt van orde, planning en overzicht
  • Werkt graag in een klein en hecht team
