De functie inhoud Hoe ziet je dag eruit als administratief bediende in Waregem?

  • Administratief volg je de facturen en betalingen op, hiervoor werk je nauw samen met het boekhoudkantoor.
  • Voor de klanten ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt, zowel telefonisch als per mail.
  • Alle klanten krijgen een warme ontvangst aan het onthaal.
  • De verzekeringen volg je op en geeft algemeen ondersteuning op vlak van administratie.
  • Dossiers worden nauwkeurig geklasseerd door jou.
  • Bij de organisatie/coördinatie van events en de opvolging van de sociale media kan je jouw creativiteit kwijt.
  • Inkomende post en zendingen, behoren tot je takenpakket.
  • Personeelszaken hou je bij, hiervoor sta je vaak in contact met het sociaal secretariaat.
