Binnen een internationale en dynamische omgeving krijg je de kans om stap voor stap ervaring op te bouwen in export, zeevracht en logistieke administratie. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s en leert alles over het volledige export- en boekingsproces binnen een professionele shippingomgeving.

Deze functie is ideaal voor starters, schoolverlaters of kandidaten met een eerste administratieve ervaring die willen doorgroeien binnen logistiek, forwarding of supply chain.

Wat ga je doen als Junior Administratief Bediende Export?

  • Registreren en verwerken van inkomende exportboekingen van klanten
  • Administratief opstarten en opvolgen van exportdossiers
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit, correctheid en volledigheid van aangeleverde gegevens
  • Bevestigen van boekingen en opvolgen van bijkomende vereisten zoals gevaarlijke goederen of speciale instructies
  • Coördineren van voortransport in samenwerking met interne logistieke diensten
  • Communiceren met klanten en hen begeleiden doorheen het volledige boekingsproces
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen en externe stakeholders voor een vlotte dossierafhandeling
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen administratieve processen en datakwaliteit
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij digitale tools en online toepassingen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking volgens interne procedures
  • Bachelor diploma (bij voorkeur in logistiek) of sterke interesse in de sector
  • Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain, administratie of internationale handel, of een sterke interesse in de logistieke sector
  • Eerste ervaring binnen administratie, customer service of logistiek is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Administratief sterk en vlot met digitale systemen en MS Office
  • Klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een extra troef
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen tijdens drukke periodes
  • Flexibele en leergierige mindset
  • Teamplayer die graag samenwerkt maar ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen
  • Interesse in export, shipping, forwarding en internationale logistiek
