Functie

Voor onze Klant in Kapelle-op-den-bos zijn we op zoek naar een administratieve duizendpoot.

Je zal terechtkomen in een bedrijf actief in totaalrenovaties waar jij de administratie op orde zal houden.

Het bedrijf telt 22 medewerkers die vooral op de baan werken. De zaakvoerder heeft een bureau bij hem thuis waar je met 2 andere collega's zal werken. Er heerst een KMO mentaliteit die elkaar helpen. Er is altijd werk te doen en hebben jou belangrijkste taken opgeschreven.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beheert en volgt klant- en leveranciersdossiers nauwkeurig op.
  • Je maakt offertes en facturen volgens de order van de klant.
  • Je helpt klanten vooral via mail en houd hen bij elke wijziging op de hoogte.
  • Je codeert boekhoudkundige documenten, verwerkt facturen en volgt betalingen op.

Als bediende werk je door tijdens het bouwverlof, zodat de planning achter de schermen vlekkeloos blijft lopen. Juli is hun drukste maand, daardoor verwachten ze wel aanwezigheid de hele maand.

Profiel

Wie ben je?

  • Een diploma in de richting Kantoor/Administratie.
  • Je hebt feeling met de bouwsector. Als we spreken over een PVC-buis, een collector of sanitair materiaal, weet jij meteen waar het over gaat. Kennis van loodgieterij is een absolute hoofdprijs!
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands. Een basiswoordje Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en kunt zelfstandig werken. Je bent een echte teamplayer die zich snel thuis voelt in een kleinschalige KMO-omgeving.
  • Je hebt in Juli geen verlof.
