We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige administratief medewerker voor een labo in Wevelgem. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spilfiguur tussen de administratie, de planning en de praktische opvolging op de werkvloer. Je komt terecht in een modern, stabiel en sterk groeiend bedrijf waar vakmanschap, teamwork en kwaliteit centraal staan. Hier krijg je niet alleen de ruimte om initiatief te tonen en jezelf te ontwikkelen, maar word je ook omringd door toffe collega's in een warme, mensgerichte werkomgeving.

  • Opleiding: Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een administratieve richting.
  • Vaardigheden: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en denkt steeds probleemoplossend.
  • Attitude: Je beschikt over een actieve hands-on mentaliteit. Interesse in de bouw- of labosector is een mooie plus.
  • Communicatie: Je bent communicatief en sociaal vaardig in zowel interne als externe contacten.
  • IT-kennis: Je bent vlot met het Office-pakket en leert snel nieuwe softwarepakketten aan.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis Nederlands.

Als administratief medewerker ben je een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijkse proces. Je staat in voor een gevarieerd takpakket:

  • Facturatie: Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de facturen.
  • Logistieke en administratieve registratie: Je registreert bouwkundige stalen (zoals puinzakken, proefstukken en emmers) in de software, nummert ze en verplaatst ze naar de juiste werkpost.
  • Planning: Je plant bouwkundige analyses in (o.a. proctorvervaardiging, kernboringen, plaatproeven) en regelt de ophalingen van de proefstukken.
  • Digitalisering & communicatie: Je uploadt rapporten in Microsoft Teams/SharePoint en volgt de mailbox nauwgezet op.
