Een veelzijdige administratieve functie binnen een technische en logistieke omgeving. In deze rol zorg je voor een vlotte organisatie en opvolging van het onderhoud van rollend materieel, met impact op de dagelijkse werking van transport en operaties in een ruime regio.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Administratief bediende Fleet inhoudt:

  • Instaan voor de planning en opvolging van preventief onderhoud op lange termijn
  • Coördineren van periodieke keuringen en technische ijkingen van rollend materieel
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor interne collega’s en externe partners zoals garages en onderhoudsteams
  • Organiseren van ophaling en teruglevering van voertuigen en materieel
  • Inplannen van herstellingen, regelen van vervangmateriaal en interventies
  • Opnemen van algemene administratieve taken zoals bestelbonnen en factuurcontrole

  • Brengt enkele jaren administratieve ervaring mee, bij voorkeur in een technische of operationele context
  • Combineert organisatorisch talent met interesse in voertuigen en onderhoud
  • Communiceert helder en behoudt overzicht in complexe situaties
  • Haalt energie uit een gevarieerd en operationeel takenpakket
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Kan vlot overweg met Office-toepassingen, in het bijzonder Excel
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, basiskennis Frans of Engels is een plus
