Als talent partner van familiale KMO's begeleiden we bij het aanwerven van een ingenieur of managementprofiel. We versterken ons team graag met een enthousiaste student(e) of flexi die ons kan ondersteunen bij administratieve taken en ook onze communicatie een flinke boost kan geven!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Databasebeheer: Je registreert profielen op een correcte manier in onze database, dit met behulp van AI tools.
  • Mailingcampagnes: Je maakt en volgt vacature mailings op.
  • Agendabeheer: Je plant afspraken in met potentiële kandidaten in het kader van een jobinterview.
  • Communicatie: Hou je van communicatie? Dan mag je met ons meedenken om klanten -en kandidaten campagnes uit te werken. We willen dat nog meer familiale kmo's ons kennen.
  • Contentcreatie: We delen onze expertise graag op socials. Hou jij van het analyseren van data of trends binnen HR- en ingenieurswereld? Dan mag je je schrijftalent inzetten.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken jou als je:

  • Een vrolijke, creatieve geest bent die denkt buiten de gebaande paden.
  • Ervaring hebt met administratieve taken (of bereid bent om te leren).
  • Al een beetje hebt geflirt met tools zoals Mailchimp en Canva.
  • Een gezonde interesse hebt voor de wereld van techniek.
  • Zin hebt om in teamverband te werken en ook zelfstandig wat taken uit de mouwen te schudden.
