  • Je hebt de juiste drive, de 'goesting' om het werk aan te pakken.
  • Je werkt nauwgezet: jouw taak bestaat voornamelijk uit het online plaatsen van panden, opmaken van contracten. Deze documenten dienen zeer precies te worden opgemaakt .
  • Je bent plichtsbewust: je bent je bewust van het belang van je functie en beseft dat je input heel belangrijk is voor een goed draaiend kantoor. Wij willen kwaliteit leveren.
  • Je hebt een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig evalueren wat prioriteit heeft en je planning wijzigen waar nodig.
  • Je kan moeilijkheden onder ogen zien en ernaar handelen. Je bestudeert elk dossier grondig en onderneemt actie waar nodig.

Vaardigheden :

  • Over de materie en inhoud word je gecoached
  • PC-vaardigheden (office - excell - powerpoint - fotoshop of een evenwaardig programma) dient u vlot mee te kunnen werken
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in financiën.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en zin voor detail typeren jou en zijn voor ons onontbeerlijk.
  • Ervaring is geen vereiste, bereidheid tot leren is een must.
  • Je bent en denkt commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur afkomstig uit de regio.
  • Kennis van vastgoed is een pluspunt.
  • Nederlands en Engels goed, Frans basiskennis.
