Jobomschrijving

  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van binnenkomende bestellingen
  • Correct registreren van orders in het ERP-systeem
  • Aanmaken, beheren en actualiseren van klantendossiers
  • Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van facturen en administratieve documenten
  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefonische oproepen en fungeren als tweede aanspreekpunt
  • Verwerken van klantvragen via e-mail en zorgen voor een professionele opvolging
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om een optimale klantenservice te garanderen
  • Waken over een correcte, gestructureerde en nauwkeurige administratie
  • Proactief meedenken over efficiëntere administratieve processen
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve functie of bent een gedreven starter met een sterke motivatie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands
  • Je bent klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit het verder helpen van mensen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet prioriteiten correct te stellen
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht in een gevarieerd takenpakket
  • Je bent vertrouwd met courante MS Office-toepassingen
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team en draagt actief bij aan een positieve werksfeer
