Voor een internationale speler binnen de industriële dienstverlening zoeken we een Administratief Medewerker die actief zal zijn op de site van een toonaangevende productiesite in Terneuzen. Je komt terecht in een professionele en technisch complexe industriële omgeving waar dagelijks verschillende teams en werfleiders actief zijn. Vanuit jouw administratieve rol zorg je ervoor dat de operationele gegevens correct worden verwerkt en opgevolgd.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van de operationele activiteiten op de site.
  • Verwerken en controleren van de dagelijkse werkuren van de medewerkers
  • Opvolgen van de dagrapporten en controleren of alle informatie volledig en correct werd geregistreerd
  • Controleren van gegevens in de verschillende systemen en afwijkingen detecteren
  • Contact opnemen met werfleiders wanneer gegevens ontbreken of niet correct zijn ingegeven
  • Werken met Excel en Power BI voor rapportering, controles en opvolging
  • Structuur brengen in administratieve gegevens en ervoor zorgen dat de informatie betrouwbaar en up to date blijft

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor details
  • Je bent vlot met administratieve systemen en leert nieuwe software snel aan
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel
  • Ervaring met Power BI is een pluspunt
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft collega's en werfleiders aan te spreken wanneer iets niet klopt
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen administratie
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële, technische of projectmatige omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste
