Met een uitgebreid machinepark, een moderne vloot voertuigen en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid realiseren zij dagelijks uiteenlopende projecten voor zowel publieke als private opdrachtgevers. Binnen de organisatie heerst een no-nonsense cultuur waarin collegialiteit, ondernemerschap en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opvolgen van keuringen, boorddocumenten en wettelijke verplichtingen van het wagenpark.
  • Beheren van vergunningen, registraties, accijnsdossiers en administratieve formaliteiten.
  • Coördineren van het brandstofbeheer, inclusief contact met leveranciers en controle van leveringsdocumenten.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van schadegevallen van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen, beheren en actualiseren van technische fiches en materiaaldossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van het onthaal en fungeren als back-up voor operationele administratieve taken.
  • Beheren van materiaallijsten en bijdragen aan een efficiënte organisatie van middelen en materieel.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor verschillende interne stakeholders rond fleet- en materiaalbeheer.
  • Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Heeft een goede administratieve basis en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Is in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan zich behelpen in het Frans en/of Engels.
  • Neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Heeft affiniteit met voertuigen, techniek of materieelbeheer.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt zich eveneens thuis binnen een hecht team.
  • Houdt van variatie en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
