Binnen Poulpharm voeren onze gespecialiseerde teams diagnostische en (pre-)klinische onderzoeken uit in onze eigen state-of-the-art faciliteiten. Ter ondersteuning van ons diagnostisch labo zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende Labo (m/v/x).

Wat houdt de job in?

Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse administratieve ondersteuning van ons diagnostisch labo.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Je ontvangt binnenkomende stalen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve intake en registratie;
  • Je verwerkt en volgt de bijhorende labo-administratie nauwkeurig op;
  • Je ondersteunt je collega’s bij de dagelijkse administratieve werking van het diagnostisch labo

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een administratieve richting of hebt relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Je houdt ervan om dagelijks het werk afgerond te hebben;
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je communiceert op een professionele en vriendelijke manier;
  • Je kan goed omgaan met drukke momenten en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft office en maakt je nieuwe digitale systemen snel eigen;
