Functie

Als Administratief Medewerker ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie en zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het kantoor. Je combineert onthaal, administratieve ondersteuning en facilitaire taken, waarbij je zowel medewerkers, klanten als bezoekers op een professionele en gastvrije manier ondersteunt.

  • Je staat in voor het telefonisch en persoonlijk onthaal van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je verzorgt de opvolging van aankoopfacturen, financiële documenten en bijhorende administratieve processen op een correcte en tijdige manier.
  • Je helpt met het voorbereiden van de boekhouding
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse kantoorwerking en het beheer van vergaderzalen, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en faciliteiten.
  • Je volgt het voorraadbeheer op en onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en externe dienstverleners.
  • Je verzamelt, verwerkt en levert gegevens aan voor interne rapporteringen.
  • Je draagt bij aan de organisatie van trainingen, evenementen en andere interne activiteiten.
  • Je voert uiteenlopende administratieve en organisatorische taken uit ter ondersteuning van verschillende afdelingen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een administratieve of office support functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ondersteunen van de boekhouding
  • Je bent een enthousiaste en servicegerichte persoonlijkheid die energie haalt uit het ontzorgen van collega's, klanten en bezoekers.
  • Je bent een toegankelijke en positieve teamspeler die ervoor zorgt dat collega’s, klanten en bezoekers zich welkom voelen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-pakket en/of boekhoudsoftware.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans, waardoor je bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers professioneel te woord kunt staan.
