Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je maakt deel uit van het team op onze Xdock-afdeling in Machelen, waar vrachtwagens, zeecontainers en luchtvrachtzendingen van diverse klanten toekomen. In het magazijn worden deze gelost en gesorteerd op eindbestemming. Jij staat in voor de administratie en zorgt dat alle benodigde documenten – zoals douanepapieren en transportdocumenten (voor wegtransport, DHL express of zeevracht) – correct worden opgemaakt.
  • Je opent dossiers in onze interne systemen en volgt deze volledig op tot afronding.
  • Je bewaakt de voorraden per klant in het magazijn.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de facturatie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat data correct en tijdig wordt ingevoerd en dat zendingen goed opgevolgd worden.
  • Je verwerkt zowel inkomende als uitgaande orders.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een logistieke opleiding afgerond of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Administratieve taken liggen je goed en je kan vlot met computers en software werken.
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid: je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Begrippen als communicatief, stressbestendig, nauwkeurig, proactief, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht passen perfect bij jou.
  • Je hebt kennis van basisdocumenten en formaliteiten in de logistiek, zoals CMR, Packing List, T1 of Ex-A.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en kan een gesprek voeren in het Nederlands. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
