Ben jij administratief sterk en werk je graag nauwkeurig? In deze functie combineer je administratie met klantencontact, voorraadbeheer en facturatie binnen een logistieke omgeving.

Je volgt de volledige administratieve flow van de warehouseactiviteiten op en zorgt ervoor dat voorraad, dossiers en facturatie correct worden verwerkt.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je verzorgt de administratie van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. - Je beheert stockage, handling en pickingdossiers van A tot Z. - Je controleert voorraadbewegingen en verwerkt gegevens correct in de systemen. - Je volgt dossiers rond warehouseactiviteiten op. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over voorraadbeheer en logistieke dienstverlening. - Je behandelt vragen via telefoon en e-mail en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging. - Je onderzoekt voorraadverschillen en fouten bij het orderpicken. - Je werkt nauw samen met ploegchefs en operationele medewerkers. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de administratieve processen. - Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en verwerking van warehousefacturatie. - Je controleert prestaties en gegevens zodat facturen correct en volledig kunnen worden opgesteld. - Je gebruikt Excel voor controles, stockanalyses en het traceren van goederen en dossiers. - Vaardigheden: Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, in een logistieke of transport omgeving. Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd. Je kan verschillende dossiers tegelijk opvolgen en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen. Je behoudt het overzicht wanneer het druk is. Je hebt geen probleem met repetitieve administratieve taken. Je bent klantgericht en communiceert professioneel. Je bent proactief en denkt graag mee naar oplossingen. Je bent niet bang om zaken uit te zoeken wanneer er een voorraadverschil of administratieve fout wordt vastgesteld. Je werkt graag samen met zowel administratieve als operationele collega's.
