De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Bediende Masterdata:

  • Aanmaken van nieuwe artikelen in het ERP-systeem en aanvullen met prijzen, technische informatie, levertijden en andere productgegevens
  • Verwerken van prijsupdates en wijzigingen van leveranciers in de systemen
  • Controleren van productdata op juistheid en corrigeren van afwijkingen
  • Verzamelen en aanvullen van ontbrekende productinformatie via leveranciers of interne productexperten
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om correcte en volledige productdata te garanderen
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen rond databeheer en administratie

  • Ervaring binnen een administratieve functie met focus op correcte gegevensverwerking
  • Zeer nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl
  • Sterke kennis van Excel, inclusief verticaal zoeken (VLOOKUP) en draaitabellen
  • Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans, en Engels
  • Taakgericht, efficiënt en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Proactieve houding en bereidheid om processen te verbeteren
  • Teamgericht en betrouwbaar
