De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Syndicusbeheerder:

  • Instaan voor het administratief, financieel en technisch beheer van een eigen portefeuille gebouwen.
  • Voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van algemene vergaderingen van mede-eigenaars.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van budgetten, afrekeningen en financiële dossiers.
  • Dagelijks beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en e-mail van eigenaars, bewoners en leveranciers.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van technische interventies en herstellingen.
  • Samenwerken met externe aannemers en toezien op een correcte uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
  • Oplossen van uiteenlopende praktische en administratieve vraagstukken.

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als syndicus is geen vereiste; een achtergrond in customer service of administratie is een mooie troef.
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Stressbestendig en positief-assertief ingesteld.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht.
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig. Andere talen zijn een plus
