Voor een dynamische projectomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een sterke administratieve SAP Projectmedewerker die mee ondersteuning biedt bij de verdere uitrol van SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Je wordt betrokken bij verschillende fases van het project en werkt nauw samen met interne gebruikers en externe partners. Dankzij jouw administratieve nauwkeurigheid en hands-on SAP-ervaring zorg je mee voor een vlotte implementatie en een correcte opvolging.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteunen van de uitrol van SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Uitvoeren van verschillende tests en testscenario's binnen SAP
  • Resultaten en bevindingen nauwkeurig documenteren en opvolgen
  • Samenwerken met interne gebruikers en externe partners
  • Opstellen, aanpassen en onderhouden van procesdocumentatie
  • Creëren en up-to-date houden van gebruikersrichtlijnen
  • Administratief ondersteunen van het projectteam
  • Meedenken over bestaande processen en waar mogelijk verbeteringen signaleren
  • Opvolgen van actiepunten en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking
  • Algemene administratieve taken

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent administratief sterk is en zich snel kan aanpassen aan een veranderende projectomgeving.
  • Je hebt hands-on ervaring met SAP S/4HANA. Dit is essentieel voor de functie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar hecht ook belang aan een goede samenwerking met collega's
  • Je bent stressbestendig, weerbaar en flexibel
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer je een probleem of verbetering opmerkt
  • Je kan je snel aanpassen aan nieuwe processen, systemen en werkwijzen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van bedrijfsprocessen binnen bijvoorbeeld sales, operations of administratie
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Engels. Engels is de voertaal binnen het team
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren en je SAP-kennis verder uit te breiden
  • Een goede SAP-basis en een sterke leergierigheid zijn belangrijke troeven om succesvol te zijn in deze functie
