Jouw gevarieerde job in administratie

Als administratief bediende ben je een onmisbare schakel in de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf. Je staat in voor uiteenlopende administratieve taken die verschillende afdelingen ondersteunen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Verkoop & aankoop: bestellingen en prijzen verwerken, mailboxen opvolgen en ontvangen goederen registreren.
  • Productie: productiebladen inscannen, de productieagenda en planning bijwerken en productiefiches opmaken.
  • Boekhouding: verkoopfacturen en creditnota’s opmaken, aankoopfacturen controleren, leeggoed en stocktellingen registreren en klanten contacteren over openstaande facturen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Eerdere ervaring in een administratieve functie is een troef
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, vooral Excel
