Ben jij administratief sterk, klantgericht en geboeid door innovatieve mobiliteitsoplossingen? Krijg je energie van het helpen van klanten en hou je ervan om structuur te brengen in administratieve processen? Dan is deze functie als Mobility Administrator misschien wel jouw ideale volgende stap.

Onze klant is een vooruitstrevende speler binnen de mobiliteitssector en biedt innovatieve oplossingen aan op het vlak van tankkaarten, laadpassen, elektrische mobiliteit en digitale mobiliteitsdiensten. Om de verdere groei van hun mobility-afdeling te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige Mobility Administrator.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Mobility Administrator ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat administratieve processen vlot en correct verlopen. Je ondersteunt klanten bij hun mobiliteitsoplossingen en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van aanvragen voor tankkaarten en laadpassen.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij het gebruik van digitale platformen en mobiele applicaties.
  • Administratief opvolgen van dossiers en klantgegevens.
  • Ondersteunen van nieuwe mobiliteitsprojecten en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met klanten, collega's en externe partners.
  • Correct registreren en verwerken van gegevens in verschillende systemen.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je hebt een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt interesse in mobiliteit, elektrische voertuigen en nieuwe technologieën.
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband maar kan ook zelfstandig functioneren.
  • Ervaring binnen administratie, customer service of mobility services is een pluspunt.
