De functie inhoud Welke taken zal je uitvoeren als administratief bediende?

  • Ondersteuning van de werf- en projectleiders op administratief vlak
  • Opmaken + opvolgen van werfdossiers
  • Plannen opvragen bij nutsmaatschappijen
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt van nutsmaatschappijen en besturen
  • Signalisatieplannen opmaken
  • Vergunningen aanvragen
  • De spil tussen de lopende werven en het kantoor

Onze klant Onze klant is actief in de bouwsector, gespecialiseerd in wegeniswerken en nutsvoorzieningen. Wanneer je hier aan de slag gaat, kom je terecht in een b(l)oeiend en dynamisch bedrijf. Daarnaast hecht dit bouwbedrijf enorm veel waarde aan collegialiteit en een stabiele werkomgeving.   • Je hebt al enkele jaren administratieve werkervaring binnen de nutsvoorzieningen
  • Zelfstandig werken, daar heb jij geen probleem mee
  • Je kan zaken vanop een afstand bekijken met een kritische blik
  • Daarnaast ben je collegiaal en dynamisch ingesteld
  • Je kan vlot werken in MS Office + ERP pakket
  • Naast Nederlands kan je je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Engels en het Frans
