Sinds de oprichting in 1867 is onze klant uitgegroeid tot 's werelds toonaangevende supply chain manager voor koffie, cacao en andere zachte grondstoffen zoals rijst, zuivel en noten.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij beschikbaar in oktober 2026 en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Voor een tijdelijke voltijdse opdracht zoeken we een administratieve ondersteuner die een klein en hecht team versterkt bij de verwerking en opvolging van orders.

In deze functie ondersteun je het team bij diverse administratieve taken en zorg je mee voor een vlotte orderverwerking:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende orders in het interne systeem.
  • Controleren van gegevens en administratieve documenten op juistheid en volledigheid.
  • Werken met Excel voor het ingeven, beheren en updaten van gegevens.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij dagelijkse administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Signaleren van onduidelijkheden of afwijkingen en deze correct opvolgen.
  • Meehelpen aan een efficiënte en nauwkeurige verwerking van operationele dossiers.

We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en nauwkeurig werkt. Herken jij jezelf in onderstaand profiel? Dan ben jij misschien de Administratief bediende die we zoeken!

  • Je bent gedurende de volledige maand oktober 2026 voltijds beschikbaar.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent vlot met Microsoft Excel en administratieve taken.
  • Je bent proactief, ziet werk liggen en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Ervaring of een opleiding in administratie of logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
