- Het verwerken van de werkfiches tot facturen

- Betalingen uitvoeren en inkomende betalingen opvolgen

- Inkomende online orders verwerken en bestellingen plaatsen bij de leveranciers

- Marktconforme prijzen vergelijken, leveranciers bellen/mailen

- Inkomende facturen controleren adhv leveringsbons

- Ingeven maandelijkse aan- en verkoopfacturen mbt btw aangifte

-Een eerste relevante administratieve ervaring is een must, bij voorkeur in een KMO-omgeving. Daarnaast verwachten we ook enige affiniteit, kennis en/of achtergrond in de agro- en/of machinewereld.

-Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd & ordelijk.

-Je weet vlot je prioriteiten te stellen en kan efficiënt je taken afwerken. Je weet perfect hoe je zelf je dagen en taken moet organiseren en structureren.

-Je bent sociaal, werkt efficiënt en bent resultaatgericht. Sociaal contact schrikt je niet af en haalt je ook niet uit je concentratie.

-Je bent een organisatorisch talent, weet prioriteiten te bepalen en kan veelzijdige taken verwerken.

-Het spreekt voor zich dat je perfect Nederlands spreekt/schrijft & vlot overweg kan met (online) MS Office-toepassingen.

Meest courant: Word, Excel, Powerpoint en Sharepoint.

-Nieuwe software programma’s leren kennen, schrikt je niet af.

-Basiskennis van de Franse & Engelse taal is een must.
