Om ons team te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een digital minded collega die onze technici ondersteunt vanop afstand. Als firma staan wij in voor de installatie en het beheer van nutsvoorzieningen zoals gas, elektriciteit, ... alsook groene energieoplossingen zoals zonnepanelen, laadpalen,... Onze projecten zijn zowel op industriële als particuliere basis.

Je bent de belangrijke schakel in ons team tussen klant, technieker, planning en interne dienst.

Wat behoort nog tot het takenpakket als planner?

  • Beantwoorden van vragen via telefonie en e-mails
  • Registreren van klantenvraag tot opvolging
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van interventies
  • Rapporteren aan de teamleader van de dienst naverkoop
  • ...

Technische kennis is noodzakelijk om klanten correct te woord te staan en interventies juist in te plannen. Interesse in warmtepompen, batterijen, omvormers en gelijkaardige systemen is een duidelijke meerwaarde. Flexibele ingesteldheid is vereist, met bereidheid om ook buiten de standaard kantooruren te schakelen indien nodig. Vlot werken met AI-toepassingen is een plus, net als ervaring met CRM-, planning- en administratieve tools.

Het is een voltijdse betrekking van 40-urenweek met 12 ADV dagen.
