The posting

Als Administratief Bediende Planning biedt je administratieve ondersteuning aan de teamlead van de planningsafdeling en aan twee planners.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en speelt zich af in het hart van onze logistieke werking.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het administratief ondersteunen van de teamlead en planners bij de dagelijkse planning.
  • Het verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van transport- en planningsgegevens.
  • Het administratief voorbereiden en opvolgen van transportopdrachten.
  • Het controleren en verwerken van documenten die betrekking hebben op leveringen en transporten.
  • Het opvolgen van wijzigingen in de planning en ervoor zorgen dat de juiste informatie bij de betrokken collega's terechtkomt.
  • Het verwerken van gegevens in onze administratieve en logistieke systemen.
  • Het ondersteunen bij de communicatie tussen planning, chauffeurs, magazijn en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Het signaleren van ontbrekende of foutieve informatie en deze verder opvolgen.
  • Het voorbereiden van rapporteringen en administratieve overzichten.
  • Het mee bewaken van een correcte administratieve opvolging van de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten.

Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de planners en bent regelmatig in contact met collega's op de werkvloer in ons logistiek centrum en magazijn.

We zoeken vooral iemand die gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en praktisch ingesteld is.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt een administratieve achtergrond of relevante ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt graag volgens duidelijke processen.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office en leert nieuwe software en systemen snel aan.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel met collega's.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt ervan om in een dynamische omgeving te werken.
  • Ervaring binnen transport, logistiek, planning of bouw is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent niet bang om zelf initiatief te nemen en zaken uit te zoeken wanneer dat nodig is.
