Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot en wil je aan de slag in een dynamisch bouwbedrijf in de regio Roeselare? Deze organisatie is een gevestigde waarde in de bouwsector en werkt aan complexe projecten binnen de private, industriële en publieke sector. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking en motivatie centraal staan.

In de functie van Administratief Bediende Projectuitvoering speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen en coördineren van administratieve processen op de werf. Je bent de spil tussen het bouwteam, leveranciers en de administratie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je volgt de administratie van verschillende bouwprojecten op, van opstart tot oplevering, en bewaart daarbij steeds het overzicht.
  • Je maakt bestelbonnen op en ziet erop toe dat afspraken met onderaannemers en leveranciers correct worden nageleefd.
  • Je controleert facturen en vorderingsstaten en bespreekt afwijkingen met de project- en werfleiding.
  • Je volgt de instroom van onderaannemers op en verzamelt de nodige veiligheids- en conformiteitsdocumenten.
  • Je beheert documenten voor opleveringsdossiers en bewaakt openstaande acties en deadlines.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur bedrijfseconomisch, of bent een sterke schoolverlater met de juiste motivatie.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector of in een projectomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht bij verschillende lopende taken.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over je dossiers en onderneemt zelf actie wanneer iets opgevolgd moet worden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, gaat vlot in gesprek met onderaannemers en leveranciers en komt afspraken na.
