Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Administratief bediende service regio Harelbeke?

  • Ondersteuning van de Service Manager in de dagelijkse werking van de serviceafdeling
  • Je coördineert en plant serviceaanvragen en onderhoudsopdrachten in
  • Je volgt de voortgang van opdrachten op via het interne ticketingsysteem
  • Klantvragen behandelen via mail en telefoon, en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals facturatie, orderverwerking, databankbeheer en vlotte interne communicatie
  • Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de serviceprocessen en denkt mee over optimalisaties

  • In het bezit van een bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
