Ben jij een nauwkeurige en analytische teamspeler met een passie voor voorraadbeheer? Dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou. Als Administratief Bediende Supply Chain speel je een essentiële rol in het beheren en optimaliseren van onze voorraden.

  • Voorraadbeheer: Je helpt bij het plannen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de voorraad van grondstoffen (stoffen, garen, ritsen, poten, …) en verpakkingen, zodat we altijd over de optimale hoeveelheid beschikken.
  • Administratieve verwerking: Je boekt bestellingen in ons softwarepakket en Excel, voert controles uit en houdt alles up-to-date.
  • Factuurcontrole: Je controleert aankoopfacturen en verwerkt deze in onze software.
  • Artikelbeheer: Je maakt aankoopartikelen aan, volgt prijzen op en past deze aan in het systeem.
  • Stockcontrole: Je voert tussentijdse controles en inventarisaties uit.
  • Koppeling componenten: Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste componenten gekoppeld zijn aan verkoopartikelen.
  • Ondersteuning productieplanning: Je helpt bij de interne communicatie over leveringen en volgt saldolijsten op.
  • Samenwerking met IT: Je ondersteunt de opstart van de BOM (Bill of Materials) in samenwerking met het IT-team.
  • MS Office-expert: Je bent goed thuis in MS Office, vooral Excel is een must.
  • Nauwkeurig en flexibel: Je werkt punctueel en kan je snel aanpassen aan veranderende situaties.
  • Proactief en analytisch: Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Communicatief sterk: Je hebt goede organisatorische vaardigheden en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Basiskennis Frans is vereist, kennis van Duits is een plus.
