De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Administratief Medewerker regio Middelkerke?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat betalingen tijdig gebeuren en houdt de financiële administratie nauwkeurig bij.
  • Het verwerken en betalen van facturen en het beheren van provisies behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je waakt over budgetten en zorgt voor een correcte spreiding van de middelen.
  • Opstellen van afrekeningen ter voorbereiding van vergaderingen maakt deel uit van jouw takenpakket.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor eigenaars en beantwoordt hun vragen professioneel en efficiënt.
  • Bij technische problemen neem je contact op met leveranciers en volg je de nodige acties op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie en voorbereiding van vergaderingen.
  • Dossiers worden door jou nauwkeurig en gestructureerd opgevolgd.
