  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en beheert inkomende en uitgaande post en pakketten.
  • Je behandelt telefonische oproepen en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en berichten bij de juiste collega terechtkomen.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in de databank en houdt dossiers up-to-date.
  • Je registreert inkomende briefwisseling, maakt dossiers aan en verwerkt klachten- en incidentendossiers volgens vaste richtlijnen.
  • Je ondersteunt vergaderingen administratief door verslagen uit te typen en bijhorende communicatie te versturen.

Na je opleiding neem je ook bijkomende administratieve taken op en ondersteun je collega's tijdens afwezigheden.

Voor deze job als Administratief Bediende werk je nauwkeurig en communiceer je professioneel.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve job.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans. Kennis van Nederlands en/of Engels is ook vereist.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
  • Je verwerkt informatie zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht over verschillende dossiers.
  • Je communiceert professioneel, ook wanneer je gevoelige dossiers opvolgt.
