Bij Isofaq in Izegem krijg je een veelzijdige functie waarin je mee zorgt dat ons dagelijkse werking vlot verloopt.

Isofaq is een familiebedrijf dat sinds de jaren 60 actief is en vandaag geleid wordt door de derde generatie. We zijn gespecialiseerd in synthetische producten voor drainage en toepassingen in de bouwsector en leveren aan klanten in heel België.

Voor ons klein, familiaal team zoeken we een administratief bediende transport en logistiek die graag organiseert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en vlot schakelt tussen verschillende taken.

Functie

Je zorgt voor de planning en administratieve opvolging van onze transporten en leveringen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met klanten, chauffeurs en collega's.

  • Je plant transporten en leveringen en volgt de uitvoering op.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten over bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Je schakelt externe transporteurs in wanneer nodig.
  • Je verzorgt de administratie rond transporten, leveringen en afhalingen.
  • Je volgt de voorraad van materialen op.
  • Je informeert de koermannen tijdig en stuurt hen aan wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor inkomende telefoons en ondersteunt je collega's bij administratieve taken.

Omdat je in een klein team werkt, is je takenpakket niet strikt afgelijnd. Je springt bij waar nodig en krijgt zo veel afwisseling en een goed zicht op de werking van het bedrijf.

Afhankelijk van jouw interesses kun je op termijn ook ondersteunen bij commerciële taken, social media of het bijwerken van onze website.

Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en beschikt over minstens twee jaar relevante werkervaring. Je kunt zelfstandig functioneren en voelt je goed in een brede administratieve rol binnen een kleine KMO.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en goed Frans.
  • Je kan overzicht houden en prioriteiten stellen wanneer verschillende taken samenkomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, chauffeurs en collega's.
  • Je werkt graag in een klein team.
  • Je hebt interesse in technische producten en bent bereid om productkennis op te bouwen.
