Voor onze klant in Asse, een specialist in kwalitatieve oplossingen voor interieurinrichting en maatmeubilair, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Administratief bediende. Als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers geef jij kleur aan het onthaal en stroomlijn jij de dagelijkse administratieve keten.

In deze dynamische functie ben jij de onmisbare administratieve duizendpoot die zorgt voor een vlekkeloze werking op kantoor. Je maakt het verschil door:

  • Iedereen een warm welkom te heten: Je verzorgt met een glimlach het onthaal en vormt het gastvrije visitekaartje voor bezoekers en klanten.
  • De productie vlot te laten draaien: Je plaatst tijdig de juiste bestellingen voor de productie.
  • Aankopen en leverancierscontacten te beheren: Je onderhoudt het eerste contact met leveranciers en volgt de inkoop- en administratieve processen op.
  • Financiële administratie te ondersteunen: Je verwerkt en controleert de dagelijkse boekingen met oog voor detail.

  • Tweetalig: Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans (beide talen beheers je uitstekend).
