De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als medewerker vakantieverhuur in Blankenberge?

  • Het overtuigen van verhuurders om hun pand toe te vertrouwen en het opbouwen van sterke relaties met klanten zijn belangrijke aspecten van jouw job
  • Je begeleidt de bezichtigingen voor potentiële huurders
  • Van beheer tot coördinatie: het volledige verhuurproces loopt via jou
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel verhuurders als huurders zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie en uitstekende service
  • Je garandeert het zorgeloze traject voor de huurders, vanaf de eerste boeking tot hun vertrek
  • Het opstellen van verhuurcontracten, schoonmaakdiensten inplannen en schadecontroles uitvoeren, maken deel uit van jouw wekelijkse planning
  • Administratieve taken zoals boekingen verwerken en facturatie volg je nauw op
  • Met een creatieve aanpak zorg je voor aantrekkelijke pandbeschrijvingen, opvallende affiches en mooie online presentaties van de vakantieverblijven

Onze klant Je nieuwe werkgever is een familiaal vastgoedkantoor op de zeedijk van Blankenberge, met een sterke reputatie in verkoop en verhuur. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van 8 collega’s waar open communicatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Als medewerker vakantieverhuur beheer je zo’n 75 appartementen en combineer je administratie, marketing en commercieel werk. In het eerste seizoen kom je vooral in een ondersteunende rol terecht, maar daarna krijg je de kans om een trekkersrol op te nemen. De functie biedt veel variatie en leerkansen, waardoor je groeit in vastgoedbeheer en verhuur. Dankzij de vlakke structuur kan je initiatief nemen en samen met het kantoor meegroeien.   • Je hebt een diploma binnen administratie of vastgoed in bezit
