De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Warehouse Administrator

  • Registreren en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen
  • Opmaken en beheren van transportdocumenten zoals leveringsbonnen en verzendlabels
  • Voorbereiden van transportopdrachten en administratief afronden van verzendingen
  • Informeren van interne collega’s over de status van orders
  • Samenwerken met teamleaders op laad- en loskades
  • Opvolgen van afwijkingen bij leveringen en verwerken van retourzendingen
  • Beheren en archiveren van magazijndocumentatie
  • Ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van logistieke processen

  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en nauwkeurige werkstijl

  • Affiniteit met logistiek en administratieve processen
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige logistieke of administratieve functie is een pluspunt
  • Oplossingsgerichte houding met zin voor initiatief
