De functie inhoud Als Administratief Bediende te Zandvoorde krijg je volgend gevarieerd takenpakket aan de weegbrug:

  • De spilfiguur op vlak van communicatie tussen de chauffeurs, de klanten en de medewerkers op de koer. Aan sociaal contact dus geen gebrek.
  • Je bedient en beheert de weegbrug en voert nauwkeurig alle in- en uitwegingen uit
  • Voorbereiden van een correcte facturatie van de inkomende wegingen
  • Je ontvangt chauffeurs en klanten, begeleidt ze bij het in- en uitwegen en registreert alles correct
  • Ondersteunen van de collega’s met telefoon- en mailverkeer en zorgt dat alle gegevens accuraat verwerkt worden
