The posting

Administratief sterk en graag bezig in een omgeving waar voertuigen, machines en techniek centraal staan? Als Administratief Bediende Werkplaats zorg je ervoor dat keuringen, onderhoud, bestellingen en technische documenten correct opgevolgd worden. Je houdt het overzicht en ondersteunt zo rechtstreeks de dagelijkse werking van de werkplaats.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de administratieve rechterhand van de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke. Je combineert planning, administratie en contact met leveranciers en interne collega's.

• Je beheert voertuiggegevens en volgt keuringen en onderhoudsplanningen op

• Je verzorgt de administratie van kranen, machines en ander rollend materieel

• Je plant periodieke keuringen, herstellingen en inspecties in en volgt ze verder op

• Je bestelt materialen, onderdelen en benodigdheden voor de werkplaats

• Je volgt leveringen op en houdt voorraadgegevens correct bij

• Je verwerkt en archiveert technische documenten en attesten

• Je maakt rapporten en overzichtslijsten in Excel

• Je ondersteunt de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke bij administratieve taken

• Je hebt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met leveranciers en interne diensten

• Je bewaakt deadlines en schakelt wanneer de planning of prioriteiten veranderen

Geen klassieke administratie waarbij elke dag hetzelfde verloopt dus. Je zit dicht bij de technische werking en zorgt er vooral voor dat niets tussen de mazen van het net glipt.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans

• Je werkt vlot met Word, Excel en Outlook

• Je bent nauwkeurig en houdt administratie gestructureerd bij

• Je kunt omgaan met deadlines en veranderende prioriteiten zonder het overzicht te verliezen

• Je neemt initiatief en kunt zowel zelfstandig als met collega's werken

• Je bent flexibel wanneer de planning of jobinhoud daarom vraagt

• Ervaring met werkplaatsadministratie, transport of een technische omgeving is een pluspunt, geen absolute vereiste
