Je werkt nauw samen met de calculatiedienst en bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en indienen van tenders voor uitdagende bouwprojecten. De functie inhoud Dit staat jou te wachten als administratief boekhoudkundig bediende;

  • Ondersteunen van het volledige aanbestedingsproces van voorbereiding tot indiening.
  • Analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten en de belangrijkste eisen bepalen.
  • Voorbereiden en verzamelen van alle benodigde documenten.
  • Samenwerken met het calculatieteam voor de technische en commerciële aspecten.
  • Onderhouden van communicatie met leveranciers, partners en klanten.
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige en nauwkeurige indiening van de tenderdocumenten.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een erkend klasse 8 aannemer, gevestigd in regio Waregem, met projecten in zowel West- als Oost-Vlaanderen. Hun projecten variëren van appartementen, zorgcentra en scholen Je komt terecht bij een familiaal bedrijf waar opleiding en ontwikkeling centraal staan, ze hebben een open communicatie en iedereen is aanspreekbaar binnen dit sociale bedrijf.   • je beschikt over een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een administratieve of soortgelijke functie is een plus.
  • Je houdt van organiseren en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Communiceren gaat je goed af, zowel in woorden als op papier.
  • Je vindt je weg in MS Office en wil graag werken met aanbestedingssoftware.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt interesse in Frans en Engels.
