Unique zoekt naar een administratief bediende aankoop en facturactie voor een drankenhandel in Menen.

Wat zal je doen?

Als administratief bediende aankoop en facturatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan administratieve taken binnen ons bedrijf. Je staat in voor de verwerking van bestellingen, de controle en verwerking van facturen, en de opvolging van betalingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je het aankoopteam en zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve processen vlot verlopen.

  • Het opstellen en verwerken van inkoopfacturen en verkoopfacturen
  • Het controleren van de gegevens in het systeem en het uitvoeren van de nodige administratieve correcties
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij de aankopen en bestellingen van dranken
  • Communicatie met leveranciers en klanten, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans
  • Het bijhouden van de voorraadadministratie en de facturatie van leveringen
  • Algemene boekhoudkundige taken en rapportages voor de verantwoordelijke van de boekhouding

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma in boekhouding of een gelijkaardige administratieve richting
  • Ervaring in boekhouding of een administratieve functie is een pluspunt
  • Je houdt van cijfers en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en andere administratieve software
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar je hebt ook oog voor teamwerk en een goede communicatie
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en houdt van een gevarieerde job
