Ben jij een Administratief Boekhoudkundig Bediende die houdt van variatie, structuur en verantwoordelijkheid? In de regio Eeklo krijg je een brede rol waarin administratie, boekhouding, projectondersteuning en digitale opvolging samenkomen. De functie inhoud Als Administratief Boekhoudkundig Bediende regio Eeklo ondersteun je zowel de CEO als de projectleiders. Je takenpakket ziet er zo uit:

  • Facturatie en boekhoudadministratie neem je op jou, zoals inkomende en uitgaande facturen verwerken, opvolgen en correct registreren
  • Projecten ondersteunen waarbij je berstellingen voorbereidt, keuringsdocumenten opmaakt, technische fiches verzamelt en dossiers samenstelt
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners
  • ERP-systeem operationeel beheren
  • Je staat in voor de communicatie en organisatie waaronder mailboxen beheren, website en sociale media opvolgen en interne teammomenten organiseren
