Wij zoeken een gedreven Administratief Medewerker Boekhouding die ons Finance-team tijdelijk ondersteunt.

  • Je werkt in een betrokken finance-team waar samenwerking en precisie centraal staan
  • Je beoordeelt nauwgezet facturen van geleverde goederen aan onze winkels na verwerking in Readsoft en SAP
  • Je analyseert prijs- en aantallenverschillen op basis van afspraken met leveranciers
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling en volgt afwijkingen actief op voor juiste crediteringen
  • Je rapporteert jouw bevindingen rechtstreeks aan de Teamleader Handelsgoederen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jij bent onze ideale collega als je nauwgezet en resultaatgericht te werk gaat en enthousiast wordt van een veelzijdige administratieve functie.

  • Deze functie is tijdelijk en voltijds; perfect voor wie op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging van 3 tot 6 maanden
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige richting, en hebt relevante ervaring op een boekhoudafdeling
  • Je voelt je thuis in een digitale werkomgeving en werkt vlot met Excel en andere softwaretoepassingen; kennis van SAP is een mooie bonus
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijkJe durft Frans te spreken en kan een basisconversatie voeren
  • Je gaat gestructureerd te werk, hebt oog voor detail en denkt proactief mee om processen te verbeteren
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die energie krijgt van een praktische en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving
  • Het schrikt je niet af om repetitieve taken uit te voeren en je gaat hierbij nauwkeurig en gefocust te werk
