In een groeiende kmo‑omgeving waar structuur, nauwkeurigheid en digitalisering centraal staan, krijg je als Administratief & Boekhoudkundig Medewerker een veelzijdige rol met impact op de dagelijkse werking. De functie van Administratief & Boekhoudkundig Medewerker combineert financiële administratie, procesoptimalisatie en kantoororganisatie. Als Administratief & Boekhoudkundig Medewerker werk je met Odoo als centrale tool en ondersteun je zowel de operationele als de boekhoudkundige processen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Inkomende en uitgaande facturen inboeken.
  • Betalingen voorbereiden en bankafschriften opvolgen.
  • Processen optimaliseren binnen Odoo en data beheren.
  • Modules zoals verkoop, aankoop en boekhouding correct laten aansluiten.
  • Operationele vragen beantwoorden en de algemene mailbox beheren.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het team.
  • Periodieke afsluitingen en btw‑aangiftes voorbereiden in samenwerking met de externe accountant.
  • Ervaring met Odoo is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Relevante opleiding in accountancy, bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkwaardig.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige functie is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurig, cijfermatig sterk en oog voor detail.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, proactief en vlot prioriteiten kunnen stellen.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift.
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
