Voor onze transportfirma zijn we op zoek naar een administratief en boekhoudkundig medewerker voor ons kantoor in Maaseik.

Je komt terecht in een modern kantoorgebouw en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin boekhouding en transportadministratie elkaar afwisselen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze collega's in Maaseik en Nazareth-De Pinte en hebt regelmatig contact met de chauffeurs.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte dagelijkse administratie. Zo verwerk je onder andere aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, houd je de bankverrichtingen bij en verzorg je de nodige loonboekingen. Ook de voorbereiding van de wekelijkse betalingen en cashplanning behoort tot jouw takenpakket.

Daarnaast ondersteun je de transportadministratie. Je registreert en verwerkt de uitgevoerde transporten van onze chauffeurs, houdt contact met hen wanneer nodig en zorgt ervoor dat praktische zaken rond de transporten vlot verlopen.

Een afwisselende functie dus, waarbij cijfers, administratie en transport mooi samenkomen.

Wie ben jij?

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • ervaring heeft in een boekhoudkundige functie
  • nauwkeurig en ordelijk werkt
  • vlot overweg kan met administratie en cijfers
  • leergierig is
  • vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels

Heb je ervaring met Exact Online? Dan is dit zeker een pluspunt. Ervaring in de transportsector is geen vereiste.
