Accent Jobs is een uitzend selectiebedrijf dat de flexibiliteit van een uitzendbureau combineert met de kwaliteit van een selectiebedrijf. Voor de functie van Klantenboekhouding te Gits zijn dit je volgende taken:

Je boekt wekelijks de aankoop- en verkoopfacturen in.

Je beantwoordt inkomende e-mails en behandelt administratieve vragen.

Je maakt betalingsherinneringen en rappels op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.

Je verstuurt de verschillende rappels (1e, 2e en 3e rappel) en onderneemt verdere actie waar nodig.

Je zorgt voor de correcte verwerking en overdracht van het kasgeld.

Je zet de facturatie klaar en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct verwerkt wordt.

Je maakt creditnota's op en voert eventuele rechtzettingen uit.

Je denkt probleemoplossend mee wanneer er afwijkingen of moeilijkheden zijn.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie steeds correct bijgehouden wordt.

Je staat ook regelmatig aan de kassa om een goede kennis van het systeem en de werking te behouden.

Je telt dagelijks/ wekelijks de kassa en controleert de bijhorende rapporten.

Op termijn leer je ook de taken binnen de leveranciersboekhouding en algemene boekhouding kennen. Zo kan je bij afwezigheid van een collega deze taken mee overnemen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We zoeken voor de functie van Klantenboekhouding te Gits iemand die al ervaring heeft binnen boekhouding of een gelijkaardige administratieve functie en die zelfstandig kan werken.

Je bent iemand die:

Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt;

Verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen;

Goed kan omgaan met cijfers en administratie;

Probleemoplossend denkt;

Empathisch en klantgericht is, maar tegelijkertijd ook duidelijk en strikt durft optreden wanneer betalingen of rappels opgevolgd moeten worden;

Zich niet persoonlijk aangevallen voelt wanneer een klant minder positief reageert;

Stevig in zijn/haar schoenen staat;

Vlot kan communiceren en professioneel blijft in moeilijke situaties.

Naast het Nederlands, is een goede basis Frans ook noodzakelijk
